Request clothing in advance to ensure you have it when you reach the appropriate level. We provide full gear for you every four levels starting at level 8. You should request your gear four levels in advance to give us the time to provide it to you. So at level 8 you would request clothing for Level 12 and so on.
Once the gear has been provided the Captain or member who provided it should post here to update this issue.
